Hey all just thought id let u know that i have finaly got my K&N and my flexy pipe fitted onto my throttle response is ALOT better and the acceleration aint bad eitha lol
anyways i know on puma speed they say this kit is a 161 but iv read that the K&N alone can add 10 - 11 bhp so just wondering on your thoughts of what bhp u think it might be running on ?

to be honest it wont add 10 mate, maybe if your lucky. I would say with those on, you might have 156/157bhp

All depends wot power she is to begin with and how badly she overfuels!! Mines with full exhaust including 4 - 1 manifold and K&N got 165bhp but she overfueled badly top end.

Next mod would be a cat back exhaust to help the flexi, or lower it, they definately look better lowered.

several induction kits were tested on an st150 in an old issue of fast ford magazine (still have it) and they've proven to add around 10 bhp - mainly because the filter is away from the exhaust manifold as that is at the back of the engine.
