FAKE WEBSITE SCAM

Odered some part off this website about a month ago and still not recieved any. rang the number and it does ring through. just the let everyone know not to buy anything off this site, its a good job i used credit card so im insured.
well peeved off tho! watch out for this one!!!

Even though you are covered by your credit card it would not hurt to have a play on their website query form to see if you can get a response when threatening them with legal action. Assuming you got some sort of receipt/e-mail acknowledgement of the order then you have got a legally binding contract. You have provided consideration by paying them but they have not provided any consideration because they have not supplied the goods. The other key aspect is did they state if the item was in stock and/or when it would be delivered and therefore is there a valid reason for not sending them yet? If they quote a delivery window for the goods and they do not send them to you within that period then they are in breach of contract. Their website seems very well put together and shows terms and conditions where they state that your statutory rights are unaffected. I would test the water if I were you, nothing to lose.

*please note my legal knowledge is very limited and anything said here is without prejudice
