      #190716 - 04/03/10 07:00 PM

Hi all

Where would you recommend to have alloys sprayed a different colour?

Cheers

Don't buy a blue one( ), but Anthracite is a winner and as you are in Manchester you could go to Diamond Wheels (Stockport) where me and Stu went

Just make sure they are done properly, remember you get what you pay for. My local place wants £100 per alloy to refurb and do anthracite...they do refurbs for ford, prob costs ford £25 per alloy

Your wheels are how I want mine to look. Are they a very dark grey colour? If you don't mind me asking, what did they charge you all in?

They are 'anthracite' which is a very dark grey - see the north west meet posts for more pics (better lighting). Think it was £230 for all four to be refurbed and powder coated. Give them a ring and get a quote - Diamond Wheels (Stockport) 0161 442 7474.

Mine were curbed to hell and they came back really smooth. Luckily I have only had one accident since I had them done but it's still one too many for my liking!

I've found a place near my work in Manchester called the www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk

I've been quoted £195 + VAT

Is this fairly good for 4x refurbs, spray to a colour of my choice & powder coating?
