I need a new clutch soon though because it wont be able to handle double the power forever!

How's the acceleration now Kaxe? :P
What's the situation with warranty on these things? For £4k i'd expect 3 years! How long did they advise your standard clutch will last before it begins to slip?
230Lb-Ft is healthy - must be awesome having that extra shove :P

With some 'careful' fun it should last a long long time The 230 pull is insane! My clutch should last about a month LOL But then a nice helix paddle clutch will sort me out forever! Best mod EVER... DO IT!

Morning guys!
Problem this morning: the clutch is slipping already lol! Only in reverse though so I'll just have to pop up there soon and sadly miss out on the diff Kev because I'll only be able to afford the clutch Really wanted one though!
But yes Micky brakes I need at some point! ...but considering double the power I've had no stopping issues with standard brakes and standard pads Bonus! I guess...

Hard to imagine the pulling power of the Focus RS @ 325Lb-Ft!
I've read up on paddle clutches before, they're supposed to be a nightmare for road use - would you not be wanting an organic one?

I wanted an organic one but Jam-Sport have said they are crap. Everyone SC'd went for a paddle and didn't look back. They're guuna sort me out a paddle one with an organic 'feel' so when my mum moves it off the drive she wont stall it lol
My bro had a paddle cluth on his suburu and I never stalled it when driving it. Not a bad mod. Quicker gear changes!

Bad news about the clutch
Can imagine how your car feels. I got 236 LB-ft but alot more weight.
Where does all the torque come in. Low down in the revs or quite high up?

Torques about mid-way. It made me jump how powerful it was. It makes you want to ease off so much more I drove slower on the way home in places
Yeah i'm so much lighter it feels crazy
